AUTHOR, ENTREPRENEUR, & LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT
IV played college football at the University of North Alabama. He served in the Security Forces for five years in the United States Air Force. Most of his military career was spent in Central and South America fighting the War on Drugs. Upon exiting the military he was a municipal police officer, working undercover, certified Street Defense Instructor and on SWAT.
His diverse background in all of these combined have led him to his current endeavors, which include: Becoming Man, a men’s movement focused on restoring honor to manhood, and Warrior Evolution, a 75-hour personal development intensive for men.

In addition to these, IV pastors a thriving church with multiple campuses in the US and in Africa with his wife, Bené.

Bené pastors a large, thriving multi-site church alongside her husband, IV Marsh. Together they have two sons, a daughter and a daughter-in-love. Pastor Bene’s greatest passion is to see people experience LIFE and live it to the fullest. From her passion, she began a movement called Becoming Woman.
This movement empowers women to “just be” and to let go of the past – past choices, past hurt, past bondage, past regrets and to walk in true freedom of all that God has promised us. Pastor Bene’ and her husband are focused on seeing our culture return to God’s original creative order and to see marriages restored. She teaches people to live as the whole person and to find freedom through spiritual, emotional and physical healing. She has a unique ability to take complex ideas and present them in a way that they become simple and practical.
