BECOMING MAN
THE CHALLENGE WE FACE
Boys Don’t Become Men by Accident.
Today’s culture confuses masculinity, leaving boys without direction. But God’s Word is clear: fathers are called to train their sons, and men are called to sharpen one another. The Rite of Passage restores this biblical model—equipping the next generation to lead with strength, humility, and faith.

THE PATH FORWARD
A 5-Year Path to Biblical Manhood
Manhood isn’t a moment—it’s a journey. Over five years, each stage of the Rite of Passage builds on the last, guiding young men from dependence to leadership, from learning to teaching, from being led to leading.
1
Father-Led Foundations
Fathers walk closely with their sons, building spiritual habits, discipline, and trust. This year lays the foundation for everything to come.
4
Mentorship & Leadership
Sons begin mentoring younger participants, stepping into responsibility and learning to lead with humility and strength.
2
Growing Independence
Sons begin to take more ownership of their journey—physically, mentally, and spiritually—while fathers step back slightly to encourage growth.
5
The Final & Graduation
The journey culminates in “The Final”—a 12-hour test of endurance, faith, and courage. Graduates are welcomed into manhood, receiving their Warrior Shirt and Pendant.
3
Spiritual Depth & Challenge
Young men are tested through deeper study of Scripture, physical challenges, and the sharpening of their character.
